  1. Who delivers my order?
 
For our shipments we rely on the industry broker who collaborate with various shipping partners (SDA, GLS ..) and choose the most efficient depending on the area where the order is to be delivered.
 
Once you have entrusted your order to the broker, it undertakes to provide you with all the data necessary for tracking the shipment via SMS and Mail.
 
 
  1. Shipping Times
All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of purchase and from the confirmation email, after this step the order is prepared for shipment.
Shipping time once the order has been processed:
  • Italy: 2 to 4 working days. Exception for Calabria and Islands: From 3 to 5 working days.
  • Europe: 5 to 7 business days.

South Beach Salento is an e-commerce system that uses the PayPal ™ secure transaction system.
PayPal ™ is the secure, free and easy to use online payment system. It allows you to send payments to anyone with an email address.
 
Credit card
To pay by credit card, you must select Credit Card as the payment method and fill in the required fields.
The accepted credit cards are:

  1. Exchanges and Returns
You can replace a purchased product. The replacement request must be sent within 14 days from the date the order was placed, following the procedures indicated below:
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree n. 206/05, given the purchase made remotely and therefore outside the business premises, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
You can return one or more items purchased for exchange or refund within 14 days of order delivery.
* Please read each item below. South Beach Salento is not responsible for any problems for return requests (exchanges or refunds) not made according to the instructions.
Conditions for return:
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must be returned including all labels and with packaging suitable for the preservation of the product during transport.
All returned garments are inspected by South Beach Salento and must comply with all parameters. South Beach Salento reserves the right to refuse the exchange / refund request in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in our returns policy.
Product replacement
How to replace for size / product change (compliant product)
If you wish to change the product you have received, items that comply with the conditions described above can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
send an email to info@southbeachsalento.com reporting the problem and the reason, after examining the case we will proceed with giving you further instructions to complete the return process.
The shipping costs will be at your expense and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identifiers and traceability.
Prepare the package as per instructions:
 Place the goods in the original packaging.
 Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package (keep and send the tracking number relating to your order number to South Beach Salento for the return request).
 Send us everything at our headquarters.
* In the event that the return request is made after 14 days from receipt of the order, South Beach Salento reserves the right to refuse the exchange / refund request.
** If you have purchased a product on sale, please check availability in requesting the product size change.
How to replace for exchange of a faulty garment (non-compliant product)
If you have found an irregularity in the order received (faulty product, item different from the one ordered) send an email to the address following these instructions:
o Indicate in the subject of the email the order number and the problem encountered (FAULTY / WRONG PRODUCT ORDER NUMBER _______).
o Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.
o Provide a phone number to contact you.
o Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.
You will be contacted within 24 / 48h by our operator to resolve the problem. Once the extent of the problem has been established, if possible, proceed with the replacement, follow the instructions below:
Prepare the package as per instructions:
 Place the goods in the original packaging.
 Insert the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.
 Apply to the package the waybill you received via email after being contacted.
* In the event that the return request is made after 14 days from receipt of the order, South Beach Salento reserves the right to refuse the exchange / refund request.
How to make a return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, items that meet the return parameters can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Proceed by sending an email to info@southbeachsalento.com following these instructions:
  • Indicate in the subject of the email the order number and the problem encountered (PRODUCT TO BE RETURN ORDER NUMBER _______).
  • Describe your motives in the body of the email.
  • Provide a phone number to contact you on.
You will be contacted within 24 / 48h by our operator to solve the problem.
The shipping costs will be at your expense and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identifiers and traceability.

  • Send us everything at our headquarters.

When will i get the replacement?
Exchange deliveries take place within 5-6 working days from the day the return is delivered to the South Beach Salento office.
For more precise information on your exchange, you can send an email to the following address - indicating the order number, the name of the holder and the tracking code of the shipment made by you.
Refund procedure
The refund is made by crediting the amount through the same payment method used to make the purchase or via a discount voucher. If possible, the reimbursement method can be changed.
 You will be able to tell us the refund method you prefer, when you will be contacted by one of our operators to fulfill your return request.
Refunds are made with different timing based on the chosen refund method:
Bank transfer - within 10 working days.
Discount coupon - within 1-2 working days or, if possible, immediate.
The working days are to be understood after the date of receipt of the return.

All return methods are the responsibility of the customer, South Beach Salento undertakes to bear the costs exclusively in the event of a damaged product.
